The Chhattisgarh Nudge Summit 2.0, co-hosted by the Behavioural Insight Unit at NIT Raipur and the Alliance for Behavior Change, a network of CSOs, NGOs, and Development Communication professionals, is a flagship event aimed at bolstering behavioral sciences within the state. This initiative receives technical support from UNICEF.
Every day, decisions and actions made by parents, children, teachers, healthcare workers, community leaders, donors, and policymakers profoundly impact the well-being of young children, adolescents, and women in the community. These decisions are often influenced by habits, norms, and social cues, which can serve as nudges for better or worse outcomes.
Ensuring that young children, adolescents, youth, and women could thrive requires a deep understanding of human behavior and the application of insights from social and behavioral sciences. This summit serves as a platform to explore the entire ecosystem of behavioral insight mapping and to learn from grassroots experiences and evidence.
The summit provides a dynamic platform for social development leaders to share their learnings and successes in community outreach and nudging initiatives. It fosters the exchange of ideas and the co-creation of solutions by harnessing the power of technology.
The summit features a variety of activities including networking sessions, panel discussions, mind mapping exercises, exhibitions, and demonstrations of best practices from the state.
This summit, known as Nudge Submit 2.0, aims to advance the application of behavioral insights to drive positive social change and foster a better future for all.
The event is open for professionals from corporate organizations, CSR foundations, non-profits/trusts, government and non-government organizations, social enterprises, start-ups, academic and technological institutes, impact investors and social incubators.
